Hot tub to remain open!

The hot tub is remaining open but the pool is closed. I will keep you posted on anything that will keep this a pleasant experience. Please let me know of any problems with the clubhouse. Clubhouse Address

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that is keeping the clubhouse area cleaner! There are a few items I wanted to remind everyone of. Make sure to clean up after yourselves. Empty your trash and wash counters and kitchen appliances. Take out the trash in the theater room if you have filled it. This ensures that the area is ready for the next family to enjoy. Also don't forget swimming diapers and covers for your babies.

I thought you may want the address of the clubhouse for invitations for get together's. It is 997 N. 1880 W.

Clubhouse Scheduling

We have switched things up a bit. Please email your clubhouse reservation request to independence.ave.hoa@gmail.com . Please include the owner's name, and the date and time you would like the clubhouse. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when your reservation is confirmed. You can check the calendar at the bottom of this blog to verify. Note you can select to view by week and it will show the block of time that is reserved. Requests will be pending until the $50 cash deposit is made.
